I can definitely relate to the not being able to find the opportunity to write/blog as of late. I love writing and blogging, but sometimes life spins out of control and I find myself not having time (or motivation) to write.

I am definitely interested in interacting with your “God is Loud” book ideas once you post them. Although I didn’t contribute to the discussions regarding Marko’s “Youth Ministry 3.0,” I think it is an excellent idea!

Also, who do I contact about the $5 training? I registered for the one at the church I used to work at (Bedford Community Church in Bedford Hills, NY) but something came up and I wasn’t able to make it. My friend there said he would mail me the jump drive and material, but by the time it got to me, it was just an empty envelope with a rip in the side (where someone stole the material from). Is it possible for me to get that material somehow?

I don’t believe I have lost my mind. I do believe that God calls each of us to participate in his mission to restore the world to its intended wholeness. “We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us.” (2 Cor. 5:20)

It is God’s mission and we are called to the work of it. I don’t hold any souls in my hand. They each belong to God — they are in his hands, no? I don’t think you can say that “Only God himself will do that when he comes back” and then at the same time think that any human being holds any souls in his or her hands.

When you say, “We”, who do you mean? You are right. I am not a Catholic. However, I am also guessing that you and I might totally define “we” differently.

You have lost your mind. “Restore the world to its intended wholeness”? Give me a break. You will never do that. Only God himself will do that when he comes back. Armageddon, remember? or did you skip that part. You better get it right. You are holding in your hand the souls of impressionable youth. I think you better focus on the Word. We are not Catholic and do not hold to the Catholic teaching. You better do some reseach on your books.
